When will I get my order? How long does shipping take?

All orders in the UK are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class, for £2.50 within 1-3 business days after your payment has been received. Shipping/delivery takes about 2-3 working days.

For orders over 5 pairs of earrings an additional £3 will be charged.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, I only ship to the US. The cost of shipping varies on the package weight and final destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service. Shipping/delivery takes about 5-7 working days and can be fully tracked once a confirmation shipping email has been sent.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

I can not accept cancellations after your order has been processed and payment has been authorized.

How do I return an item?

All earrings are final sale and cannot be returned OR exchanged due to hygiene reasons. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact me at eqcclay@gmail.com

Please note: I do my best to provide quality earrings of the highest standard. However, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. I do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections.

What is polymer clay and how do you make your earrings?

Polymer clay is made out of a flexible vinyl/modeling clay that hardens when it is baked.

Are the metal earring findings hypoallergenic?

All of the metal components are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Metal materials vary depending on style, but I aim to use gold-plated, surgical stainless steel, brass, etc that is carefully sourced.

How do I care for my earrings? Will they tarnish?

Although polymer clay is generally hardwearing, please ensure that you keep them away from water to avoid tarnishing. Earrings can be wiped with a damp cloth or cotton pad to remove makeup or smudges.
